Having personally struggled with gut issues, I know how frustrating, time-consuming, and expensive it can be to search for answers—only to be met with dead ends. When standard healthcare failed to provide solutions, I took matters into my own hands, diving deep into nutrition and gut health to heal my own body.
That journey sparked a passion that led me to retrain as a nutritionist, specialising in IBS and digestive health. Today, I’ve had the privilege of helping people all over the world uncover the true drivers of their gut issues and heal chronic symptoms through science-backed nutrition and functional medicine.
